Join me in my Back to Basics Course, where I'll guide you through the fundamental principles of nutrition and food. Discover how small changes in your daily diet, habits and lifestyle can have a big impact on your overall health and well-being. This is a Four-Part Live Course, we will meet on Zoom Wednesdays 1:30pm EST - 3pm EST (10:30am PST - 12pm PST). The course begins March 6th and all classes will be recorded. There will be THREE teaching sessions and ONE cooking session.
