Welcome to Jess Appétit.

A unique 75 minute live culinary experience.

Each class will be held via Zoom and include up to 12 participants, allowing for demos, teachings and Q & A throughout the class.

I will guide us as we create a delicious, healthy,

vibrant menu.

Ready-to-eat at the end of the hour.

Any and all levels of cooking experience welcome.

Each week will highlight a different cuisine.

You will receive the shopping list and prep the week prior.

We will focus on intuitive cooking skills, optimal nutrition, substitutions, kitchen efficiency,

how to plate/garnish and, of course, food as love.

All meals are plant forward, gluten-free and

dairy-free. Unless specified otherwise.
